At Rita Shoe Co, we strive to deliver your handcrafted footwear as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and timelines.

1. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹69 on all orders across India, regardless of the order size or weight.

2. Dispatch & Handling Time

  • Ready to Ship: All our products listed as "In Stock" are ready for immediate dispatch.

  • Timeline: We aim to hand over your package to our courier partners within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Delays: While we maintain a strict schedule, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, public holidays, or logistical strikes) may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Our Delivery Partners

  • To ensure the widest reach across the country, our primary and most trusted logistics partner is India Post (Speed Post).

  • Speed Post allows us to deliver to every verified pincode in India, including rural and remote locations.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, most orders reach our customers within 3 to 7 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (Metros are usually faster than rural areas).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the India Post official tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or the customer being unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping fee of ₹99 to resend the package.
