3 Ways to Measure Your Foot at Home

1.The Wall & Paper Method:Most Accurate.

Place a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor, flushed tightly against a straight wall. Stand firmly on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall. Mark the exact tip of your longest toe with a pencil, then use a ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the paper to your mark in centimeters (cm).

2.The Ruler Trace Method:Quick & Simple.

Sit comfortably on a chair and place your foot flat on a piece of paper on the floor. Holding a pencil perfectly vertical (straight up and down), carefully trace the outline of your foot. Use a ruler to measure the absolute longest distance from the back of the heel to the tip of your big toe in centimeters (cm).

3.The Insole Shortcut:The Insider Trick.

Take a well-fitting shoe you already own that has a removable inner sole (insole). Take the insole out and lay it flat on a table. Simply measure the length of that insole from the very top of the toe to the very bottom of the heel in centimeters (cm).
