Welcome to Rita Shoe Co. 

By purchasing from ritashoeco.odoo.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Dispatch Rule: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the product is handed over to our courier partner, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹69 applies to all orders.

  • Timeline: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.

3. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

At Rita Shoe Co, we offer exchanges only. We do not provide monetary refunds.

A. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will only be processed if:

  1. The product sent is wrong (different from what was ordered).

  2. The product is the wrong size.

  3. The product is received in a damaged condition.

B. The 7-Day Window

All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all customers, whether local or outstation.

4. How to Exchange

Local Customers (Lucknow/Store Visit)

  • In-Store Exchange: You may visit our store for an exchange.

  • Timing: Exchanges are strictly handled between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

  • Home Exchange: If you prefer an exchange at your location, you must pay the to-and-fro charges for a 3rd party aggregator (e.g., Porter).

Outstation Customers

  1. Initial Claim: Email ritashoeco@gmail.com with a clear photo of the product and details of the issue (wrong item/size/damage).

  2. Approval: Once approved, you must ship the product back to our provided address at your own cost.

  3. Re-shipping Fee: A fee of ₹89 must be paid to cover the courier charges for sending the exchanged product back to you.

5. Product Condition

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging/tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear or missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

6. Warranty (Leather Shoes Only)

  • We provide a 3-month warranty exclusively for Sole Cracks on Leather Footwear.

  • To claim this warranty, the "Outstation" procedure (Email + Shipping + ₹89 fee) must be followed.
